That means you never uploaded the file. Make sure the file is names correctly, and uploaded to your sites root folder.

as far as I can see, your site uses the Y. plugin
and then does a redirect where it serves sitemaps
depending on the user agent (recognizing search bots)

but the problem is that the hosting adds this ?i=1 to the end if you visit the link directly
https://moviemlwbd.epizy.com/sitemap.xml?i=1

and then there is no redirection

when you manually delete ?i=1 and visit (assuming you have a stored __test cookie) then you will see a redirect
