Site works with www but not without

Hi!
I have a problem with my site main URL. It works ok with www. but not without. Without www it redirects to some strange feed of domains-related commercials. My site URL is:
http://serj.by
Here is what is see there:

However, with www in front of domain everything works fine and I see “Under Construction” page there as it should be…

I found this topic here:

so seems I am not alone facing this problem, however there is no solution in topic above.
Could you please advice me what’s going on and how to fix it?

Try clearing your DNS and browser cache.

I checked your domain and it appears that something went wrong while setting up your domain name, because while you appear to have done everything correctly, the correct DNS settings were not setup in our nameservers.

To fix this, the most straight forward way is to delete the domain from your account and add it again. That will result in the DNS records being recreated. Note that due to DNS caching, it can still take up to 72 hours for the changes to be visible.

Note that this will change the website directory of your domain from htdocs to serj.by/htdocs, so you’ll need to move (or reupload) your website files to this new folder for your site to work.

Tried. Didn’t help.
However this is seems like DNS issue indeed. Because:

Tried to re-add domain.
Don’t work. Above I’ve posted results of nslookup. And they are the same. Somehow it appears that serj.by CNAME pointing to BODIS.com but I have no idea why. Here is logs:

It takes time for the changes you made to propagate

Thank you! Everything seems working correctly right now. Did you change something on your side or it was just propagation issue?

Hi, I’m glad it worked relatively quickly in your case as well

I didn’t change anything and I can’t because I don’t have access to the servers and I’m not a hosting employee.

The only difference between you and me regarding your website is that I use Cloudflare DNS 1.1.1.1 which is fast and I don’t have to wait so long for DNS propagation.

P.S. most routers need a restart to pull new settings
