Can you try using a VPN to see if that works? it may be that your ISP is blocking the page.gd domain or that something has triggered an IP block.
If its an IP block, then only admin can advise further on that
Dan, thanks for this. It must be my ISP in the UK. As you correctly suggested I tried on my phone using 4g and it worked NP. It indeed maybe it doesn’t like .page.gd
On your first point, I would be very positive and I have been using this hosting for quite a while and it has been Brilliant 
I’m in the UK too. and Virgin Media keeps blocking the free hosting domains. Its a real pain…
Its actually blocked on my router as I have a hard wired mesh as well and it works through it NP
