Site was available but now it isn't

my friend’s site is on http://comicduck.42web.io/

I see three ads that say “Related searches” and “Samsung, Tv, Sony” as relevant links

site was created today around 5-6 hours ago. at first it wasn’t available to me but my other friends could access the site normally. after a few hours I was also able to access it normally.

a few seconds ago when I tried to open the site normally again I got the “Samsung, Tv, Sony” ads again but my friends are still able to see the site. why is this happening?
