Site inaccessible

Website URL: https://norcalquadriders.cf

(please specify the URL of the site on which you are experiencing the problem) all pages and directories

Error Message: I have 2 issues.

Issue1:
I can not access the URL. I get ERR_CONNECTION_RESET followed by ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR if i hit reset.

Issue 2:
I can not download site folders from the file manager. When i try to download anything i get an error. The message is: ERROR! An unknown error occurred during download.

This is a recent issue that appeared today and there has not been any changes to anything for a very long time.

for me the site is loading perfectly without error, it may have been a temporary connection issue on your side ?

try clearing your browser cache and/or flush your dns cache and see if that helps

and this after a refresh

Yeah I just checked it again and there seems to be an issue with cloudflare connecting to the hosting

sadly I am just a regular user like you and cannot check deeper, you’ll have to wait for one of the more powerful users or admin to see whats what

Please screenshot your SSL settings from Cloudflare, and what what type of certificate (if any) you have installed in the control panel on IF

I verified in the if control panel that the private key and the actual certificates match. This has all worked since the certificate was generated. Also flushed my Cloudflare corticates with no changes. I was able to access the site from one device but i am sure something is wrong somewhere but i cant see where.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or DNS cache on the device(s) that still can’t access it? Because if it works elsewhere, it may just be that it’s loading the old, cached version of the page from when it was refusing to load.

Yes i have tried clearing cache from a few different devices and at a few different locations. However, I can partially access the site from a phone if i am in a different city and not on comcast or spectrum it seems.

I just tried the site, and it appears correctly. I sure wish I knew what the heck has been going on. I hope it stays reachable.
