My website which has been up for several months, is currently unavailable. I can’t get into the file manager (keeps loading) and via url I get a connection timeout.
Is this caused by the hosting itself (is the server currently unavailable, or can I verify this somewhere), or is this caused by my profile/settings/…
In other words: can I do something about this, or will this be resolved within a few hours (currently unavailable for over 11 hours)
