Am I correct to assume that you are referring to this error message?
Unable to login to your hosting account. Please verify you can login to the control panel from the client area, and reset your account password (through the client area) if this doesn’t work.
Because if so, the answer is right there in the message: please try logging in to the control panel from the client area. And if that doesn’t work (which it doesn’t appear to be): reset your account password through the client area.
You appear to have reset your hosting account password through the control panel directly. Please don’t ever do this. The client area can update the password in the control panel but not the other way around, and the client area needs to have the correct password for many features to work (like the automatic SSL installation).
Remember that you can view and edit your hosting account password at any time through the client area, so there is no need to ever reset your password through the control panel directly.
Yes thats the error message exactly so I know the password but I’m getting only two options back or lost password so when i hit back i’m able to login but the option automatically setup ssl cert is still generating the same error anyways i was able to resolve this by installing ssl manually through ssl/tls section in cpanel.
If you are interested in actually solving the problem so automatic installation works, please read my previous message.
I know that you know your password, but that’s not the password we have on file, so these hosting integrations do not work. You need to reset your hosting account password through the client area (no need to change it even, you can just set it to the password you are using right now) to make the password the same in both systems, which will fix the automatic SSL installation (and many other things that also don’t work for your account right now).
