Setting up Zoho Email

So, I am currently trying to setup my mx records, but when I try to delete the already added one, it says it is a subdomain and therefore I can not delete it, I am confused on how to set it up otherwise, I already entered the specified mx records from zoho but it is not detecting it. Any way on how I can fix this?

By default, an undeletable MX record is created for your “main domain”, which is an internal reference thing. You can safely ignore it, it won’t affect email for your actual domain.

If that doesn’t answer your question, can you please at least tell me your account username so I can check your settings?

You answered my question and it is not working so, thanks

I use zoho e-mail, and that record does not affect the e-mail at all. All you need to delete (if it is there) is the MX record labeled mx.yourdomain.com. Otherwise if you have the mx.zoho.com and mx2.zoho.com records set correctly, it should be able to detect them. Don’t forget, you should add the SPF record too!

nvrm it is working, I accidentally put it is not working but it is, please excuse my first reply as it sounds quite rude…
