No, you cannot set custom php.ini settings here.

Yes, .htaccess is supported here of course. .htaccess is the best way to configure pretty URLs and the like.

However, it’s not possible to set custom PHP settings with .htaccess rules. The PHP resource limits cannot be changed in any way. The current limits are fine for most websites. If your website for some reason does require higher resource limits, please consider to upgrade your account.

On XVHOST, there is no daily hits limit. For iFastNet, I don’t know.
