There are many tutorials about setting cookies consent banner on wordpress. If wordpress is installed on infinifree, do you set the cookies banner from your hosting control panel, or from wordpress?
Inside WordPress itself. The control panel and client area have no direct controls for CMS suites like WordPress.

Generally speaking, all configuration of your website is done using whatever system you are using to build your website. In your case: WordPress.
The reason for that is that there are many, many others ways to make websites that do not involve WordPress, and there is no way to make a single solution that say, shows a cookie banner, that perfectly works with every single one of them.
