Welcome to the forum…

Infinity free can only suspend websites that are hosted with infinity free (and in reality, its the server provider IFastNet, who actually do that)

Looking at the details of the site you provided, as you said, its not hosted with infinity free at all

It does look like cpanelfree use IFastNet for their hosting as well, but IFastNet and InfinityFree are not the same.

You’d need to talk to your hosting provider or raise a ticket with IFastNet for more information about your suspension.

We cannot reactivate your account at other resellers.

In cases of severe abuse, iFastNet might decide to try and correlate all accounts you have on the platform and suspend them all at the same time. This includes accounts registered to the same email address with different resellers.

The only controls I have here are that when I trigger a suspension, I can tell the system to suspend all linked accounts. I don’t have any control over how that matching is done, or have any insight into which accounts will be or have been matched.

Note that iFastNet may also trigger suspensions for your accounts at InfinityFree and choose to suspend linked accounts along with it.

In any case, once the suspension is started, there is basically nothing I can do.

So ultimately, the same advice applies here as it does with any other suspension: if you believe your account was suspended incorrectly, please contact your hosting provider for assistance. So if that happened to your account(s) at cpanelfree, please check with cpanelfree how you can get your accounts reactivated.
