I m not unable to use ftp, while configuring got message Server ftp.epizy.com not found.
I had tried 2 weeks back but got the same issue, tried Filezilla and others on android
That’s odd, “server not found” suggests that the name ftp.epizy.com cannot be resolved. But as far as I can tell, the DNS settings on our end are fine. The records are good now and we’d have noticed earlier if they were broken.
Did you try to connect on different devices or networks as well?
Tried other clients still no go, i think that there is a glitch in your server or its overloaded, below is the Filezilla log

I cannot upload a zip file also, as the option to unzip the file is removed from Online File Manager, please help
InfinityFree removed the Unzip option because while you unzip a certain compressed file, it will lag their servers! To be fair they remove it.
I would recommend you to use FTP software like ES file Explorer on android to unzip and zip files without lagging InfinityFree’s Server that much!

If u can’t use FTP!
I have one option for u why,
First don’t use ur client area username,
Use ur cpanel username (e.g. epiz_12345678)
Hey, I was able to use FTP some time back.
But now t stuck again on Iniatlize TLS
My site is also working super slow, suspected issue with server.
I have configured cloudflare, and keep getting Bad Gateway error
Change NS to epizy, page does not load
it may be that you are suspended - this is a possible reason for your problem with FTP

I’m sorry, but I don’t know what that issue is. I’ve not been able to reproduce the error or figure out what’s causing it.

That’s something I can check. Could you post the URL so I know what to check?

Note that changing your domain’s nameservers can take a day or to to take effect.
in another post he mentioned this address
kyv52fwy.epizy.com

That’s not a website URL. That’s a “main domain”, which is an internal reference which never shows a website. If I need to figure out which website is slow, I would like to know the exact page URL which is slow, so I can check why that particular page is slow. Just knowing on which account the website is slow might not be enough.
OK
I thought maybe you could look at the logs, etc.
if nothing else and see why it was suspended
maybe the CPU limit has been reached and for this reason it slowed down and in the end suspended. That’s why I thought FTP does not work

I might be able to dig into the account and try to figure out which page is not working before looking into fixing it. However, then I need to do work to find information which @HumanAbuse can probably provide right away. And if @HumanAbuse doesn’t want to or can’t be bothered to provide basic information, then the issue can’t have been important either.
Generally speaking, if you’re the one asking for help, it’s up to you to provide as much information and cooperation as you can, not the person whose time and attention you’re using with your question.

True, I would be able to look up the status of the suspended account. However, the account is not suspended.
As far as I can tell, there is a specific issue with a specific website or domain name. Which means I need a website URL (or at least a domain name) I can check.

If an account is suspended, you can’t connect to FTP anymore. However, then you should get a message saying your login was rejected.
This log indicates that the problem arises when setting up the secure connection to the FTP server, which is done before any authentication details are sent. So I suspect it’s either caused by a network issue or an FTP software (client side or server side) issue.
