I created an account on here a few months ago. The site had been running fine all these months, until last week when it showed the error: “This site cannot be reached.”
I checked with my domain registrar, who says my name servers are perfect. And my DNS records are intact.
On InfinityFree, the Nameservers seem to be pointing to the right location.
The site fluctuates between being accessible and being down.
I need to know what is wrong: i.e, where exactly the problem comes from: the Host, or the Registrar.
What can I do to fix this?
I have attached pictures from a DNS checker, and of course, how my site looks from time to time.
it could be something related to your country or related to the com.ng TLD
and nic.net.ng NS
In the sense that these parent/root nameservers (of your domains)
they have or had a problem so they are not returning the right data, so you experienced it as the impossibility of accessing your website.
or is related to your ISP (MTN N… Communication limited)
