Server Error 500 - phpVMS

Hi all,

I am installing a program called phpVMS onto my website, yet I get this error at some stage in the installation process:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 dbsetup:1 (Internal Server Error)

Any help appreciated, as I am kind of pushed for time!
