It does seem like that IP is down. Can you please share your website URL?

And @anon46092769 is correct, pinging the server will always come back with the timeout responce

Yes @anon46092769 I understand but Uptime robot says that is down for 30 minutes ago and is still down, and not working if you access it: https://valentincojocaru.com/

I have another account and that is working: https://elisabeth-web.com

Is on another IP

Correct, because the IP is down. However, pinging the IP is not proof that it is down, since it will always return with “The server timed out”

It is ok, I will find another hosting, anyways this hosting can’t host a wordpress, it is working if you want to host a simple page :))))

It can. My guess is that about 70% of websites hosted here are on WordPress and they are all working fine. Also, outages are fairly rare, and most servers do have 99% uptime.

FTP is working fine for me

It looks like FTP was down for about 60 seconds. It should be working now
