Hello Community
i would like you to help me change my server configuration limits to the following
Can anyone help
Not possible on free hosting
Why do you want to change the server configuration limits? What are you up to?
Perhaps we can help you without changing the server configuration. Instead of adjusting the limits, you should try making changes in your application code. Maybe your application does not really need these adjustments. Some of the web application systems can be optimized and re-configured to adapt the system resource limits.
I need to install a Wordpress theme and that’s the system requirement needed before I can proceed
Please note that your website is hosted on a shared server, where other websites are hosted from. To reconfigure the server’s hard-coded limit would be to change the limits on not only your site but for everyone else on the server too.
Ask the theme developer if they could develop a light-weight variant of the theme. Try the theme and see if it works without worrying or complaining about limits. Try installing the theme on a local install, then transfer the files to the server. If you really wish to use the theme, but need to change the limits, you could upgrade your account to Premium Hosting by iFastNet.
Is it a hard requirement or a recommendation? If the theme lets you bypass it, just ignore it and see if it works. Our server setting aren’t that far off from the recommendations, so there is a good chance it will just work.
And if it doesn’t, then you can consider a different theme or switching to premium hosting.
