Hi everyone, I’m having some problems with my hosting setup. I’m using WordPress, and in the WordPress configuration through the hosting panel, I initially installed a predefined theme from the ones available in Softaculous. However, I later changed the theme directly in WordPress and set it as active.
The problem is that when I preview how the site looks and click “Edit Page,” it still shows the old theme as if it were active.

@Pinfernox There is no cache on the servers and the issue is more likely to do with your browser cache
Try to clear your browser cache or visit the site with a private window

I doubt it’s browser cache. Our servers only enforce cache for static files, and anything processed by WordPress is dynamic and should not be cached.
Unless you have a caching plugin in WordPress though. But those should be more refined and not result in your website having the wrong theme.

So if I understand it correctly, you switched the theme for the entire website? But when you preview a specific draft page, it shows the wrong theme?
Can you please confirm whether the actual published pages use the selected theme?
In the page editor, you may also want to double check the Template used, shown in the sidebar.

I was thinking it might have been that stubborn css cache that browsers seem to have and thought it would have also applied to the wordpress. Sorry
