Since the issue was not resolving up, I tried using ZerSSL and adding SSL myself however still the site have no fix. (Tried for Admin. subdomain only), Requesting resolution.

I have already read out the automatic assignation of SSL Certificates for all subdomains, however in my case, When i created these subdomains new, they had SSL Certificates, but I had to delete the subdomains from the vistapanel itself for some time, and when I re-made them, they are not getting assigned SSL.
What I think is, when you create a subdomain from Infinityfree, it gives you SSL, if you create a Subdomain within the domain account via vistapanel, as in my case the subdomains of subdomain is a part of itself, it sometimes assign SSL. But when you delete the subdomains and re-make them it no longer is able to properly work out.
However, I recently read a forum post from around yesterday, and the InfinityFree owner himself had to fix the issue. And which is why I have posted differently than the existing posts.

Apologies Mr KangJL, I just saw the notification within the post you sent, that Sub-Subdomains are no longer supported. Apologies for the confusion but I really hope we could get the sub-subdomain.
I’m afraid not. Sub-subdomains were never supposed to be possible in the first place. Your most secure choice moving forward would be to either transition your other sites to each be on their own subdomains, or get a custom domain and put each site on subdomains of that.
I was expecting to do the same, transition the subdomain to an actual domain continuing all functionality as it is.
