I’m trying to install PrestaShop on my website and I’m encountering another domain name; I can’t select my own.
It looks like this. It won’t let me install it on my own website.
Are you in the correct hosting account in your dashboard area?
It will only show you the domains for the account you connected from.
i am also encountering the same issue on both of my hosting accounts and the only domains i have are free *.rf.gd subdomains and no custom domains, it only lets me select that yuth… something .com domain while trying to install literally anything
Ok, this is intresting. I’ve just got the same as well.
I think Admin is going to have to pass this back to softaculous to get looked at. Since something has clearly broken there.
I’ve tried creating new accounts with new domain names many times, but I’ve always experienced the same problem. The script download site always displays like the image shown. Because of this, I can’t use the website. What should I do?
