Safari can’t open the page because it couldn’t establish a secure connection to the server.

I can get to the site fine. My teammate tried on multiple Apple devices and can’t get in.

Might be worth checking that Safari isn’t trying to redirect them to the www. version of the website

When they go to the page, get them to highlight the URL and check if it’s had www. amended to the beginning

Safari is “smart”, it will never show www on this screen you’ve just shared.

Okay. If that is the case, is there a setting I can change so that doesn’t happen?

Never mind. I was able to add a redirect in the htaccess file.

I think it might be something else, because I tested in Safari at a browser testing service and it loaded, even before the change.
