Root CA Certificate could not be located

Error Message

This server’s certificate chain is incomplete.

I used infinityfree’s free ssl tool to get a let’s encrypt ssl certificate. I did get it, and it showed the encryption lock and everything.
but, when I used an ssl checker on my domain, it said “This server’s certificate chain is incomplete.”

Certificate Chain Complete?

A valid Root CA Certificate could not be located, the certificate will likely display browser warnings.

Please help me solve it.

The ssl checker I used was SSL Server Test (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs)

Use CloudFlare…

As you can see by yourself, your SSL certificate is fine. So just ignore the SSL checker, because it’s clearly mistaken.
