Revive Adserver throws PHP function error

Hello there!
I have installed Revive Adserver on my hosting account (epiz_32837623 - website is https://sectoninternal.co.uk/advert) but it shows an error related to PHP.

timeout => The PHP function set_time_limit() has been disabled and max_execution_time is set to 60 which may cause problems with functionality such as maintenance
badPhpConfiguration => Your current PHP configuration does not meet requirements of Revive Adserver. To resolve the problems, please modify settings in your ‘php.ini’ file.

I don’t think that I have permission to modify the php.ini file since it’s probably for all the iFastNet hosting accounts.
