How to find this folder (public_html) in the file manager?

IF uses “htdocs” as the root folder. It’s the same thing as “public_html”, just a different name

Okay, thank you.

I need to migrate my website to another new domain, but I can’t download my website file to this folder.
Could it be that because I have a free hopsdagem account, my storage capacity does not allow me to download a new file in this folder?

If there is a storage limit, what would you advise me to do to migrate my website.

Why not? What errors do you receive? Are you using a desktop FTP client like FileZilla?

Yes I am.
FileZilla has been rejecting my Backup file.

Is there another FTP client you can recommend me to use?

Is it compressed? You’ll have to unzip it on your own computer and upload the entire uncompressed contents to your hosting account on InfinityFree. Don’t worry, Filezilla can upload all of the files one by one in their proper place.

I saw this comment from another user on this post, it refers to the same problem that I have been facing when trying to upload the file both in FileZilla and in my file manager. ("I hope this message finds you well.

I am experiencing a recurring issue when uploading files via FTP using FileZilla. Upon uploading ZIP files, the file initially uploads successfully but is immediately deleted upon completion without any warning or trace in the file manager, preventing me from completing the upload process.

Additionally, when I try to upload a file of 50 MB directly through the file manager on my hosting account, the upload begins normally but suddenly stops after about 4 MB, with the progress bar and timer disappearing, which causes the upload to fail completely.

Please note that I am using a free hosting plan, and I would appreciate any information on whether there are file size restrictions or specific settings that might be causing these issues. I would be grateful if you could provide assistance and guidance on how to resolve these problems as soon as possible, as I urgently need to complete the uploads".)

Yes, it is in Zip.

Unzip it and upload the individual files.
