The website IP address has been down since the 12th of July around 14:00 UTC.

The timing, considering the other IP address that was down yesterday, suggest that the DDoS attack may have changed targets to a different IP address.

The IP address is now back up! The issue appears to be resolved. According to our monitoring, it came back around 9:30 UTC.
