[RESOLVED] FTP and file manager unable to access files for some accounts - 2025-08-14
IMPACT: Some accounts are currently unable to use FTP, showing errors like “421 Home directory not available - aborting”. Other functionality that relies on FTP access, such as the file manager, are also down. Websites appear to be working.
AFFECTED: Multiple hosting volumes appear to be affected, but not all.
STATUS: Monitoring
NEXT UPDATE: The issue appears to be resolved, but I have not received any response from iFastNet yet. I will update this topic when I have more information.
WORKAROUND: None currently available.
