Hello, my hosting account (if0_37827758) for the domain nurraisa.42web.io was suspended for inactivity and is now showing in the deleted accounts list.

This website contains my portfolio, and it is extremely important to me. I don’t have the latest database/files backed up on my local computer. Is there any possibility to get a temporary backup link or 1-day access to download my website files? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

@nurraisa ,deleted means deleted, period.
Remember to create a backup next time

this means that it was suspended for (a minimum of) 20-60 days, and you didn’t choose to reactivate it.

Once a site is deleted its gone gone. My advice, NEVER trust important files\data to a single point of failure. Or as KangJL said, create a backup nextime.
