Other Information

I was requesting free SSL certificate. CName Record were added. Then I requested certificate and then got error - SSL certificate error: The required CNAME records were not found. Please add the CNAME records and keep them active until at least the certificate is issued.

It happened two times in a row. I would really appreciate if anyone comment on this error, how to work around this. Thanks in advance.

For best results, add the CNAME record and wait around 15 minutes. Then, try again. Sometimes, this happens due to cache.

While 15 minutes is usually fine, I tend to wait over night these days just to make 100% sure haha
