We are writing to request the whitelisting of an AI-based data aggregation bot on your hosting platform.

Our system uses Claude AI (Anthropic) as an intelligent aggregator that collects information from multiple websites and performs analysis for the main project company.

Currently, all automated requests from the Claude AI engine are being blocked at the server level with a 403 Forbidden response. This prevents our system from functioning correctly.

Non-browser usage is blocked on our hosting. We provide hosting for websites, i.e. content that is viewed by browsers, not content stores for AI tools.

This is enforced by a system wide security system. It cannot be disabled and we cannot make exceptions for specific websites or use cases.

I’m not sure what your website is about, how it works or how the AI needs to interact with it, but I suggest you find another way to make that data accessible from the AI.
