Subject: Request to downgrade PHP version to 7.4 for my website

Hello support team,

My website icp.gt.tc is currently running on PHP 8.3.27, which is incompatible with the ThinkPHP 5.0 framework my site is built on. This is causing a 500 Internal Server Error and the site is inaccessible.

Could you please help me downgrade the PHP version to 7.4 for this domain? This is the only version that can run my application properly.

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the PHP version on free hosting. Please update the software you want to run, find different software, or upgrade into premium hosting.

I’m fairly sure there’s a newer version of thinkphp that works with 8.3

Older versions of php have security issues that have been fixed, so if possible it’s better to use more current versions
