New domain: matematikamu123.rf.gd - already active on same account

I cannot access File Manager or phpMyAdmin for ct.ws.

Please help backup:

1. All files/folders in htdocs
2. MySQL database for matematikamu123.ct.ws

I need the backup files to migrate my WordPress content to .rf.gd domain.

We don’t make backups for you on request, you are responsible for making your own backups. You should have all the tools needed to backup your website yourself. If they are not working, then we should fix them.

The domain ct.ws is down so any websites under it are unreachable. However, our hosting is fully up and running, which means that files, databases, and all access to them, is not affected in any way. So you should have no trouble just following the regular backup process:

Side note: making backups is done using FTP, not the file manager. If you tried it and it breaks, then that’s expected and you should switch to a desktop FTP client like FileZilla.

However, you don’t need to download a full backup first before moving your website to a different domain name when the domain is on the same account. You only need to move the files, the database doesn’t need to be moved at all. The exact process is described here:
