Request for Diagnosis and Cleanup of Hosting Accounts (Inode Limit Issue)

Dear InfinityFree Support,

I am experiencing an issue with accessing Softaculous on my two hosting accounts:

if0_38695565

if0_38728250

Whenever I try to access Softaculous, I receive the following error:

“You have reached the inode limit of your hosting account. Please reduce the number of files and directories in your account, or upgrade to premium hosting which has a much higher inode limit.”

Could you please diagnose both accounts? If possible, I kindly request that you remove unnecessary files or fully reset/clean the accounts so that Softaculous can function properly again.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Best regards,
Rostyslav Oleshchuk

Welcome to the community.

Sorry, but I don’t think anyone is going to do this for you. This is a community forum for support, meaning we can help you understand how to fix it, but we’re not going to do it for you. It is your responsibility to maintain your hosting account within the limits of InfinityFree. To learn what inode usage is and how to reduce it, please read this article:

The error message seems pretty clear to me: your inode usage is too high. So what is there to diagnose? Do you want us to recount your files to confirm that the inode counters are correct? Because I’m pretty sure they are.

It’s your website, how would we know which files are unnecessary?

You can just delete all the files in your account yourself, you don’t need us to do that for you.

You must upgrade your account to continue using Softaculous.

You don’t always have to upgrade to continue using Softaculous. You could remove unnecessary files to start.
