I’m sorry, but we can’t help you with this. Like it says in the email you received, the client area, our knowledge base and basically everywhere else: you need to submit a ticket in the client area for this.

Please note that there does appear to be a bit of a backlog in the account reviews. But there is little we can do to help you with that.
Please do note that pornographic content is not allowed on our hosting. An anime streaming site is not a problem, so long as:
the videos are streamed from an external video hosting service; and
you are legally allowed to redistribute these videos (i.e. no pirated movies or shows).
But adult content is not allowed, and this also extends to animated pornography. This also includes cases where the videos themselves are hosted elsewhere.
