The anti fraud system seems to be going crazy with the trigger-happy suspensions. I can’t be sending in support ticket every few days just to get a reply that your system made an error!
This also happened to me a while ago. I figured out that it was whenever I would edit one of my JSON files. Have you noticed any pattern in the suspensions? If so, you should most likely find a workaround.
Other than that, we cannot really help you because iFastNet takes care of support tickets, not InfinityFree.
Unfortunately not. The latest suspension was just 2 days after reactivation and no changes were made to my website. In fact, I didn’t even access my site the past 2 days.
Support has just reactivated my account again with the exact same message as before.
Sadly we cannot help you. You can just backup all your files in the account, delete your domain name and just deactivate your account and forget about it for a while, make a new hosting account and re-upload all your htdocs files.
I doubt that moving to a new account when the content is triggering the abuse filters, even by accident, is a good idea; moving might trigger them again, while that could be avoided in the current account.
Making sure to keep a backup is a good idea though.
