Great service so far, but after countless hours of searching I felt the need to inquire on this forum. So I have www.ABC.com, and created a subdomain XYZ. But I find that the www is still required (ie: www.xyz.abc.com). How do I make it so the www. isn’t required? I can’t find anything on the control panel either.
I’m super lost, can someone guide me in the right direction?

What do you mean exactly?
Could you explain further?
As far as I understand on your problem, if you want to add a subdomain for your domain then you don’t need to add www actually. You can create a subdomain without the www prefix
www. isn’t required from our end. Maybe something about your domain is not configured correctly, maybe it’s some kind of caching on your end. Regardless, it would help a lot if you could post your actual domain name, so people can actually check and verify it, rather than just having to guess.
