This isn’t something InfinityFree can control or help you with. This is simply the result of DNS cache leading you to your domain’s previous destination, and since the server doesn’t know where to send you now that your site has been deactivated, it shows you the suspended page. All you need to do is wait for the DNS propagation to finish. To speed up the process you can try simply clearing your DNS cache, or switching to a different DNS provider.
