Remove CNAME entry on my domain

I have been your client, but I moved to another hosting. now when I try to add my domain on their hosting, I get this error:
This appears to be a subdomain you are adding (1008485) nabyab dot com. 86400 IN CNAME 11776.BODIS dot com.
There appears to be a CNAME entry for this domain (1408485) nabyab dot com. 86400 IN CNAME 11776.BODIS dot com.
when I contacted BODIS , this is their answer:

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us. If your domain name is wildcard forwarding to our parking server via CNAME (11776.BODIS.com), please contact your host (Free Web Hosting with PHP and MySQL - InfinityFree) and request that they update/remove these unwanted DNS records.
Thank you.

I already removed every CNAME and TXT recvords from my domain registratrar domain management, still this message appear while I don’t even have such a domain " nabyab dot com" registered on your hosting !
kind regards,

Welcome.

Your domain is currently pointing to Cloudflare nameservers, so you will have to manage your DNS settings with them.

If you are trying to use the domain with InfinityFree, you need to set InfinityFree nameservers first.

no i just tried to solve the problem by adding to cloudflare, it didn’t change anything,

okay, I will do a test to see whether the domain has been parked by eisy , whar are name servers of infinity pls

i changed the nameservers to * [ns1.epizy.com ] and ns2 and when adding my addon domain, I get this error:

The selected custom domain is already in use on nabyab dot com. Please remove the custom domain from your account at nabyab dot com before you can host it on InfinityFree.

now i put my own name servers and again I get the same error
This appears to be a subdomain you are adding (1008485) nabyab dot com. 77305 IN CNAME 11776.BODIS dot com.
There appears to be a CNAME entry for this domain (1408485) nabyab dot com. 77305 IN CNAME 11776.BODIS dot com.

it seems you host bodis dot com and you add wildcard forwarding cname on my domain.

So… you’re having trouble using a different hosting provider, and you’ve already contacted Bodis, and now you’re contacting us.

Have you actually tried going through the support channels of your new hosting provider? You’re having trouble using their service, so they should be able to help you.

Maybe I’m overlooking something. If so, please enlighten me. But if not, I’m going to close this topic, because this is the Hosting Support forum of InfinityFree, and not for any other hosting providers.
