If you have a problem - try to enter the IP ( 185.27.134.11) instead of ftpupload.net for the server/host, check AV and FW that they are not blocking the app/script
But I must warn you that connections to the FTP server are monitored
as well as the files that are uploaded and the number of connections during the day, so if it is noticed that someone is using the FTP server for automated actions and uploading, for example, images from the surveillance camera every now and then, do not be surprised if FTP access is disabled for you for a while or maybe a permanent suspension.
For some reasonable testing I see no reason why that would be a problem.
