Is Redis enabled on this server?
No, we don’t offer Redis with our hosting. Just like the overwhelming majority of all other web hosting providers.
Databases on web hosting tend to have a single database server instance with many individual databases for individual websites. MySQL can do this very well, but Redis cannot (for many reasons). So you’d need to run a Redis server for every website, and that doesn’t really rhyme with the way web hosting is commonly run.
