My site waltermazar.epizy.com is working correctly, but the www.waltermazar.epizy.com version is not. It shows a certificate error in all browsers.
I have already confirmed with your support team that the www subdomain does not have a valid SSL certificate. I have also tried to set up a redirection rule in the .htaccess file, but the rule is being ignored by the server.
Could you please configure a server-side redirect for www.waltermazar.epizy.com to https://waltermazar.epizy.com to resolve this issue?
Thank you for your response. I understand that redirects are handled by the .htaccess file, and I have already configured it with the correct code.
However, the redirection from www.waltermazar.epizy.com to https://waltermazar.epizy.com is not working on my end. I have already cleared my browser cache multiple times, as you suggested.
I have tested this on two different browsers (Brave and Edge) in private/incognito mode, and in both cases, when I try to access www.waltermazar.epizy.com, I get a certificate error. The redirect to the secure, non-www version does not happen.
I believe this is a server configuration issue, as I received a previous email from InfinityFree stating that the www version does not have a system SSL certificate. This prevents the redirect from working correctly.
Could you please recheck this on your side, specifically for www.waltermazar.epizy.com, and confirm that the redirect is actually working? If it is not, could you please configure a server-side redirect for my domain?

Noone on this forum can configure your site for you. That is something on you can do. And Admin can’t make individual changes on the hosting platform either.
As far as I can tell, your redirect seems to be working my end. I’ve tried on 3 browsers across 2 devices without problems.
Can you share what you put in your .htaccess so we can check for errors?
The redirect is happening, but due to how does all this website thing works, it will only happen after the warning screen. Nothing will happen on the warning screen because the connection didn’t even reach the part where it would know that it needs a redirect.
This is expected, and is just how all of this worked. What you have imagined cannot happen, sorry.
