How do they recognise my traffic then? and why it is only happening with non ssl sites, its not happening with ssl sites.

I’m still getting redirected to Google cookies helper page of google, despite my browser allows cookies. I tried reinstalling browser from scratch.

It looks like you’ll need to Contact your ISP, if they really did put the codes.
Also I’m pretty sure they’ll reply with a “No”.
