Im having issue with improvmx in dns checker says that the 20mx is working and it’s everything fine but on their website it’s not showing as active i will post some images maybe it’s from my end? Or it’s from their, I tried to contact them but without success (they didn’t answer)

The MX records of your domain seem fine from here, and the results from DNS Checker are also looking normal (DNS Checker very often has random issues with some of their checks).
So I guess the issue is with the ImprovMX check.
Also, even if there was an issue, as long as one of the MX records is correct, incoming email should still be delivered.
