No, putenv cannot be enabled for security reasons.
The BeMusic audio sharing script is not allowed on free hosting, so we will not enable that extension.
I need putenv php extension on hosting.

We did not have any plans to enable the extension two weeks ago and we do not have any plans to enable the extension now. And before you ask: no, we likely will not change our mind in the next two weeks either.
