Hi, I just purchased the most expensive premium package but my account is still suspended.
I received the error message that my account was suspended because I hit the Hits limits. However, I’ve already paid for the premium hosting which should have removed these limitations.
As a clarification, premium hosting and free hosting are two things. After buying premium, you’ll have 2 accounts, 1 paid, 1 free.
Buying premium doesn’t activate your free account. However, iFastNet staffs can migrate your free account to the paid account. So at the end of the day you’ll have a working website and an active paid account, but your free account will remain suspended before it was lifted by the free hosting system.
