I purchased premium, do none of the perks transfer over to Infinity free?
Even after upgrading to premium i receive the
Error: Call to undefined function IPS\Http\Request\curl_multi_exec() (0)
Premium hosting is provided by iFastNet, not InfinityFree themselves. The easiest thing to do would probably be to contact iFastNet’s support, and have them migrate your account for you.
Do you have any knowledge with the issue
Yes, the website loads fine, however, I receive PHP errors…
Error: Call to undefined function IPS\Http\Request\curl_multi_exec() (0)
#0 /home/vol17_1/infinityfree.com/if0_36894292/htdocs/system/Http/Request/Curl.php(496): IPS\Http\Request_Curl->_executeMh()

#5 /home/vol17_1/infinityfree.com/if0_36894292/htdocs/admin/index.php(13): IPS_Dispatcher->run()
#6 {main}
The errors you shared show file paths that match the InfinityFree server structure, not the iFastNet server structure.
Like @EdwardHamHam said: you should contact iFastNet to get your website migrated to your new premium account with them. Purchasing an account at iFastNet doesn’t change your hosting account with us, it just gives you a new, better account with iFastNet to use instead. And until your website is fully migrated, you won’t be able to use any of the premium features.
thanks. based on other posts their response times are very slow, ill hang in there and if this topic doesn’t close ill update yall, thanks for your help @EdwardHamHam @Admin
