Error: Builder could not connect to hosting server. Please check hosting firewall. It must allow FTP connections from builder server.
I have gone through the various troubleshooting steps that were listed for if you couldn’t connect to FTP, with no further progress made towards resolving the issue.
If Site.Pro cannot connect to our servers, then of course by going through the FTP guide won’t help. Because it is you are going through the steps, not the Site.Pro servers are going through the step.
This is kind of a common issue. Sometimes the site builder would just break like that, sometimes it works; what you can do is just to give it some time and then retry.
