.is-a.dev is listed on the mozilla PSL yet I can’t register my domain (sg.saxophone.is-a.dev)
I believe the is-a.dev domain is accepted within the client area. However I think it only accepts the main subdomain but not a nested subdomain.
That means you can register saxophone.is-a.dev within the client area, but you can’t register sg.saxophone.is-a.dev.

tbh my only criticism was that saxophone.is-a.dev wasn’t treated like a TLD
If it’s on the Mozilla PSL it’s accepted within the client area. It’s treated like a regular domain. You just can’t use nested subdomains that’s all.
