Please i cant verify my website in PropellerAds! i tried to add meta tag to index file also uploading verification file to htdocs but not working!

I don’t recommend Propeller Ads, they generally don’t work (Unless im stupid). Last time I tried, I got through the Verification, got everything setup, and no ads showed.
Also i faced this issue earlier.They can verify your site manually just say them about this problem and They will say you to create a Post that says Hello propeller ADS.Hope it helped you
