It looks like you have only purchased a domain name with iFastNet. You can host that domain name with us, but you’ll need to set it up yourself. Simply ordering a domain name at iFastNet won’t create and configure a free hosting account with InfinityFree for you.

You only bought a domain name. You did not buy any hosting plan.

To be clear, this is the InfinityFree forum. We are not iFastNet. I cannot look inside your iFastNet account, I don’t have access to your order information and see what exactly you have purchased. This also means that I cannot tell you anything about payments, issue refunds, or provide any other kind of assistance with your iFastNet account.
The second screenshot you shared only shows the list of domain registrations you have with iFastNet. This is NOT the list of hosting accounts. You can find your hosting accounts under the Services menu. Since you didn’t share a screenshot of that page, and nobody here except for you can see what exactly you purchased at iFastNet, I cannot say for certain whether you only have a domain name or also have a hosting account.
And finally, no matter what you purchased at iFastNet, you will not find any record of it at InfinityFree. Because, again, it’s a different company with a different order system, and if we don’t have access to iFastNet’s order system, it means we cannot display those orders to you in our system.
