Problem with SSL

I registered a domain and I’m using PrestaShop for my website. I was trying to connect Pestashop panel control with my PrestaShop account and It didn’t worked. So, I contacted the Technical Support of Prestashop and they said that the SSL isn’t complete and should contact my hosting provider. Can you help me with this?
