Problem with (Softaculous Apps Installer) Unable to open the page and build a website
That’s odd. The SSL certificate for Softaculous is working fine from here, and external SSL check tools also show that it is fully setup correctly:
The “SSL protocol error” suggests that there is a problem with the SSL connection. Could this be something on your end that is blocking the connection? Keep in mind that Softaculous is running on a non-standard port, and some networks may block access to this.
Are you able to access other cPanel pages, such as this one: https://sv62.ifastnet11.org:2083/ (just check if you can see the login page, don’t try logging in, it won’t work)? If that also doesn’t work, it’s definitely a block on your end, and you may want to try using a VPN to bypass it.
